These competitions are open to all undergraduate students at UVic, including first year students. In the past some prizes were won by first year students.
To participate in the Putnam Competition it is highly recommended that you register by Oct 2nd by sending me an email (sourour@uvic.ca) with subject line "register for the putnam" The registration is free.
