IBMFEM (IBMF Epidemiological Modeling) is a library that builds on top of IBMF and implements an individual based modeling framework for the spread of infectious diseases in populations.

It defines two classes:

• SimPathogen, see Pathogens, which represents all pathogens
• SimEMIndividual, see Epidemiological Modeling Individuals, which defines the individuals in a population that can carry and transmit Pathogens.
